We allow exchange 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to - customer returning the product in its original condition with box. The customer is entitled to pay for shipping charges on the event of the exchanged product being sent. We accept refunds only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.

No refund will be given by AnGé if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of AnGé, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of AnGé

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on AnGé are only approximate values.

Because products on AnGé are designer made, hand woven and intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in color and embellishment
