Refund policy

We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, the product can be sent back to us. The customer is entitled to pay for the shipping charges on the vent of the exchanged product being sent. We accept refunds only if the order is wrong.

No refund will be given by AnGe India if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. 

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of AnGe India, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sale discretion of AnGe India

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Product Disclaimer 

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on AnGe India are only approximate values.

Because products on AnGe India are designer made, hand woven and intricately  crafted and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variation in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the page. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
